Gina & Andre’s Spring Celebration: A Joyful Wedding at The Green, Cornwall

On the 3rd of May 2025, under brilliant blue skies and the warmth of spring sunshine, Gina and Andre celebrated their love with a beautiful wedding at The Green in Liskeard, Cornwall. Nestled in a secluded corner of the Cornish countryside, The Green provided the perfect backdrop for a day filled with love, laughter, and heartfelt moments.

Gina spent her morning getting ready in “The Preen”—The Green’s dedicated bridal prep space. It was a relaxed and happy start to the day, with her bridesmaids and flower girls by her side, everyone buzzing with excitement! Hair and makeup complete, music playing, and the final touches coming together, the atmosphere was full of anticipation.

Meanwhile, Andre was busy greeting guests and soaking in the early moments of the celebration. With drinks in hand and smiles all around, the day unfolded effortlessly.

The Ceremony

Their ceremony took place under the pavilion on the lawn, surrounded by friends, family, and the natural beauty of The Green’s grounds. The bridal party walked the aisle first, followed by Gina, who looked radiant as she walked with her dad toward Andre. The emotion on both their faces was unmistakable—this was the moment they had been waiting for!

The ceremony featured a touching Celtic reading, adding a meaningful, traditional touch before they sealed it with a kiss. Their exit was a flurry of fun and color as guests showered them with pom-pom confetti—a unique and joyful way to kick off the celebrations!

After some group photos, Gina slipped away for a quick dress change and returned ready to relax, mingle, and enjoy drinks with their guests. Then the day moved into the reception, where a delicious meal was served, followed by the grand opening of the sweet cart. Which, as expected, sent the kids into a sugar-fueled frenzy.

The Reception

The speeches brought laughter and a few tears. Andre and his best man both shared heartfelt words, and Gina took the mic herself to say a few touching things, making it all the more personal. Afterwards, the cake was cut, and in a fun twist, Gina opted to do a bouquet toss. Much to the delight of the eager crowd—the winner’s reaction said it all!

As golden hour approached, we took a walk into the bluebell-filled woodland that surrounds The Green. Capturing dreamy couple portraits in the soft light of the setting sun. It was a peaceful, romantic moment that allowed them to take it all in before the evening festivities began.

Afterwards, back at the barn, the DJ took over, the dance floor filled, and the night unfolded in celebration. From start to finish, Gina and Andre’s wedding at The Green was a perfect mix of personal touches, heartfelt moments, and pure joy—a day they, and everyone lucky enough to be there, will never forget!
