As a wedding & elopement photographer, I’ve had the privilege of witnessing countless love stories unfold in breathtaking settings. Yet, there’s something truly special about elopements—the intimate moments, the raw emotions, and the unfiltered connection between two souls. Recently, I had the honor of being a witness to one such unforgettable Cornish elopement, set against the backdrop of a charming country house in Cornwall.

It was a crisp morning in Cornwall when I arrived at the picturesque country house, Treseren nestled amidst rolling hills and lush greenery. The air was filled with anticipation and excitement as I greeted the couple. Sam & Simon had chosen to exchange vows in the most intimate way possible—just the two of them, surrounded by nature’s splendor.

Sam’s eyes sparkled with joy as she slipped into her elegant gown, a vision of grace and radiance. Simon couldn’t take his eyes off her, his love and admiration evident in every glance. Together, they shared nervous laughter and whispered promises, savoring the quiet moments before the whirlwind of the day began.

With full bellies and happy hearts, we decided to take a trip down to the nearby Cornish coast. The salty breeze kissing their cheeks as they walked hand in hand. The rugged cliffs and smooth waves provided the perfect backdrop for some impromptu photos! Capturing the raw beauty and untamed spirit of Cornwall.

As the day drew to a close, we returned to Treseren, hearts full of love and gratitude for the unforgettable moments shared.
